  • Advice lines covering employment/HR, legal, health & safety, tax and VAT
  • Comprehensive online document libraries that cover a wide range of HR, health & safety, and legal topics
  • Bespoke insurance programmes, including legal expenses insurance
  • Debt recovery services

A different way – you can source these kinds of services from a number of providers, but it is common to find low usage rates, as a result of which the membership organisation is getting little benefit in terms of retention. Despite this problem it is common to find the service provider does very little to help increase usage and has little interest in the objectives of the membership organisation. 

At Quest  we have a very different approach. We not only white-label our services for Partners, but we also offer a unique Service Support Programme which is designed to help you increase engagement and usage rates.
