Why Diversity Matters –  Inspiring better EDI in your sector

TAF is delighted to partner with Women on Board to host this important discussion about the role that associations can play in helping to inspire better EDI in their members and sectors.

This one-hour online session is designed to help you to think about communicating  the business case for gender diversity, in particular, and support anyone who you think doesn’t really “get” why it matters and who may feel it is just a box-ticking exercise.

We will cover how EDI improves business performance, leadership and competitiveness in a global
economy and discuss how to improve EDI within an organisation, industry and/or sector.

Our panel will highlight examples of trade association successes via case studies and share their own experiences.

This talk is aimed at anyone who is part of a trade association who is interested in understanding how diversity enhances group intelligence and innovation and wants to understand the steps they can take to achieve change.
