Adam Terry is the Labour Party’s Head of Policy Development. He has worked in politics and policy for over 15 years, as a UK government civil servant, Head of Public Affairs for the homelessness charity Shelter, a political adviser in both the UK and European Parliaments, and a political consultant specialising in financial services.

Labour’s Policy Development Team oversees the party’s democratic policy-making processes and engages with a wide range of policy stakeholders – from business, civil society, the public sector, academia and beyond – in building the policy platform that will inform the next Labour manifesto.
