Association of Recruitment Consultancies
ARC was launched in 2009 as a professional trade association representing recruitment consultancies across all sectors.
An executive committee made up of members makes sure that ARC is run by recruiters for recruiters. However, a unique feature of our service is that the legal advice and resource bank is provided by recruitment and employment law experts who are integrated into the organization.
We operate a “no conflicts” policy. This means that all members receive the same membership benefits and priority of service, regardless of size, turnover or number of offices.
Only recruitment businesses can be members of ARC, we do not offer an affiliate or personal membership to suppliers or third parties.
We ask our members to operate to a code of conduct, and we ourselves pledge to operate to the highest ethical standards befitting a representative trade organisation.
