Following publication of the Government response to the Certification Officer’s Levy consultation, the Government is conducting further engagement on the detail of our proposed implementation of the Certification Officer’s levy under the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992, as amended by the Trade Union Act 2016.
