Trading standards delivers three things; consumer confidence, a level playing field for business, and support for local economic growth, all of which are critical to the UK's future success. The Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI) is the professional body for trading standards and provides support to members who work in local government and the Civil Service, as well as those supporting businesses with compliance in the commercial sector, and members supporting consumers in the not-for-profit sector. This webinar will focus on the role of trading standards and how it can better support TAF members, including enabling compliance for different stages of business growth, and the Government funded and other support available to businesses which CTSI provides.
