Banbury-based BVAA is looking for an experienced Events Co-ordinator. Ideal candidates would have an amiable and outgoing personality – a people-person/team-player with superb interpersonal and communications skills, attention to detail, and good experience of event management together with excellent administration skills.
Typical duties would include event administration, liaison with/booking of external venues and site visits, organising and attending events and exhibitions (some overnight stays and occasional overseas travel req.), preparation and updating of support materials.
A positive, hands-on / can-do attitude is vital. Due consideration will be given to attitude, skills and previous experience.
