The RSMA is seeking to recruit an experienced Policy & Regulation Officer who is proactive and able to work within a small and committed team to deliver the overall aims of the Association. Working closely with our Chief Executive, you will engage with members and a wide range of external bodies to extend the reach of our collective voice.
What we are looking for:
You will be a confident and collaborative individual who has a thorough understanding of Policy & Regulation gained ideally, but not essentially, within a Highways, Construction or Transport NFP, Trade, or Member-led organisation. You shall be able to demonstrate the ability to translate member needs and challenges into supporting action and effective engagement with a broad spectrum of stakeholders. Strategic in your approach, you will have a track record of developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships and be adept and confident in your dealings with government at national and local level.

- A salary range of £28,000 – £30,000 – negotiable for an exceptional individual.
