We are looking for an experienced leader who can motivate and direct a small and committed team in delivering the overall aims of the Association.  Working closely with our Executive Board, you will be the Ambassador for the RSMA, fostering a culture of respect and inclusion internally and engaging with members and a wide range of stakeholders externally to extend the reach of our collective voice in support of our members and industry sector.

What we are looking for:

You will be a confident and collaborative leader who has a thorough understanding of NFP and NGO organisations, the aptitude to translate member needs and challenges into supporting action and the ability to effectively liaise with a broad spectrum of stakeholders.  Your experience will have been gained at senior level and ideally, but not essentially, within the Highways or Construction sector.  Strategic in your approach, you will have a track record in developing and maintaining collaborative partnerships, a good understanding of resource management and be adept and confident in your dealings with government and the media.  Your essential qualities will include Advocacy, Financial Acumen, Transparency, Integrity and Adaptability.
