It will cover: Identifying issues that will enable your association to boost its profile and impact Getting the basics in place – e.g. key messages for media, spokespeople, lines to take, media contact database, approvals process How to create a calendar of opportunities – including relevant hooks/milestones and how to create low/no cost stories and content around them Selling content into media Evaluating a proactive press office and demonstrating ROI.
