Please contact jshein@taforum.org to reserve your place(s) on this workshop.

Together with Membership Recruitment, the most important topic for any Trade Association is Membership Retention.

The TAF Membership Retention Workshop is suitable for all Trade Association employees, irrespective of how many years they have been working with their members.

Combining just the right blend of theory, discussion and practical exercises the workshop is designed to be both thought provoking and fun. Most importantly, all attendees will leave with hints and tips that can be implemented straight away.

This workshop is always extremely popular, and receives fantastic feedback, so early booking is recommended as spaces are limited.

The event will be hosted by Adrian Brine and Andrew Huntly from thebusiness Ltd

Adrian has more than 20 years’ direct experience working with membership organisations, Trade Associations and Professional Bodies in both the consumer and business to business sectors.
